ProJor Free License Agreement

This ProJor Free License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and SIOCODE LLC. (a company based in Hungary, 8600 Siófok, Barackfa utca 18, hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") regarding the use of the software product known as ProJor (the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License
SIOCODE grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, free, and perpetual license to use the Software solely for:

a. Personal projects.
b. Evaluation of the Software's fitness for a particular purpose by a company or organization.

This license does not permit the use of the Software for the creation of any product or work that is sold, licensed, rented, or otherwise made available for commercial gain. This license does not permit the use of the Software by individuals or organizations, including freelancers, for contract work or any other commercial activity.

2. Restrictions
The User agrees not to:

a. Use the Software for any purpose other than those expressly permitted under this Agreement.
b. Disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
c. Develop, distribute, or make available any other program that performs the exact same task as the Software or that operates on the exact file formats used by ProJor.

3. Ownership of Content
Any source code, data, or content created by the User using the Software shall remain the property of the User. The User is not required to display any affiliation with ProJor or SIOCODE in any code, data, or content created using the Software.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including any associated intellectual property rights, remain with SIOCODE. The User is granted only the limited rights expressly stated in this Agreement, and no other rights are granted or implied.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SIOCODE does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that its operation will be uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall SIOCODE be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Software, even if SIOCODE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Seeking Damages for Non-Compliance
If the User uses the Software for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to creating any product or work that is sold, licensed, rented, or otherwise made available for commercial gain, without purchasing the appropriate commercial license, SIOCODE reserves the right to seek damages up to EUR 1,000,000 (one million euros).

8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The User's rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from SIOCODE if the User fails to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in their possession.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment or modification of this Agreement will be binding unless made in writing and signed by SIOCODE.

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

ProJor Commercial License

If you have purchased a license for ProJor, you can use it without restrictions for commercial purposes.

ProJor Commercial License Agreement

This ProJor Commercial License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and SIOCODE LLC. (company based in Hungary, 8600 Siófok, Barackfa utca 18., a.k.a. "Licensor") regarding the use of the software product known as ProJor (the "Software"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License
SIOCODE grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited-term license to use the Software, subject to the following conditions:

a. For organizations: Each license permits the use of the Software by exactly one designated employee within the organization.
b. For individual customers: Each license permits the individual Licensee to use the Software for their own purposes.

This license is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase ("Term").

2. License Expiry and Renewal
a. Upon expiry of the license, the Licensee may no longer use the Software to develop new versions or releases of any product or software. Any releases created after the expiry date, for which ProJor is still used in their development, may not be sold, licensed, rented, or otherwise made available for commercial gain.

b. In special circumstances, the Licensee may acquire a new license retroactively to cover releases created after the expiration date. This retroactive license must cover all periods during which ProJor was used.

3. License Compliance and Damages
The Licensee agrees to comply with all terms of this Agreement. Non-compliance, including failure to cease development using the Software upon license expiry or failure to acquire a new license to cover past releases, grants SIOCODE the right to seek damages up to EUR 1,000,000 (one million euros).

4. Purchase Options
a. Organizations may purchase any number of licenses for use by multiple employees.
b. Licensees may purchase licenses in advance for future periods, allowing for extended use over multiple years.

5. Permitted Uses
The Licensee may create any number of software products or releases using the Software during the Term of the license. Such products may be sold, licensed, rented, or otherwise made available for commercial gain, provided the releases are created within the valid license period.

The Licensee may use the Software for contract work or any other commercial activity, including freelancing, provided the work is performed within the valid license period.

6. Restrictions
The Licensee agrees not to:

a. Use the Software beyond the term of the valid license without purchasing a new license or renewal.
b. Disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
c. Develop, distribute, or make available any other program that performs the exact same task as the Software or that operates on the exact file formats used by ProJor.

7. No Requirement for Attribution
The Licensee is not required to display any affiliation with ProJor or SIOCODE in any code, data, or content created using the Software.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
